Now that you have come to this section, I
will be giving you a step-by-step guide to building your own cheap
computer.
After you have done your research and have purchased the parts, you now
need to organize the components for assembly.
Below, I outline the general steps you need to do so.
1. Make sure you have all the parts and
tools you need to use
2. Prepare the computer case.
3. Install the drives you will be using.
4. Configure settings for the motherboard.
5. Install the processor and the fan for
the processor.
6. Install memory (RAM)
7. Install the motherboard and cables.
8. Install the video/graphics card.
9. Plug computer into a power source and
attach monitor, keyboard and mouse.
10. Boot computer (turn computer on) and make sure
everything works.
11. Install other components along with software. |
